Hal Quiram
Founder & President
Hal founded Aqua Blue Pools and Spas in 2015. Since then, he has led the company’s growth across multiple areas of the pool industry. From routine service and maintenance to full-scale pool construction and everything in between.
Hal is passionate about swimming pools and takes pride in the work he does every day. Outside of work, Hal enjoys spending time with his wife, Mackenzie, and their daughter. He loves traveling with his family and being outdoors, whether it’s mountain biking, hunting, or playing golf.
Nick Janusch
General Manager
Nick has been a valued part of Aqua Blue since the very beginning. With many years of experience in the pool industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge, hands-on expertise, and leadership to our team. Nick oversees our service and repair technicians, ensuring that every job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
His deep understanding of pool systems, combined with his commitment to customer satisfaction, helps keep Aqua Blue running smoothly day to day. Tara has been an integral part of Aqua Blue Pools and Spas since January 2019. As one of the longest employed team members, she plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly!
From managing the office and admins, overseeing HR, and leading the company’s digital marketing and social media efforts. Tara’s ability to balance multiple responsibilities not only supports the team behind the scenes but also helps shape Aqua Blue’s voice and presence online.

Steven is a key part of the Aqua Blue Pools and Spas repair team. With strong hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing pool and spa equipment, he helps ensure every job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
